Steamed Pompret Fishes


Steamed Pompret Fish

Ingredients
300g pompret fish
2cm ginger, shredded
some shredded spring onion
some shredded fresh chili

Marinade
1 tsp corn flour
1 1/2 tbsp light soya sauce

Seasoning
1 1/2 tbsp garlic oil
2 tbsp light soya sauce

Method :
1.) Apply the marinade on the pompret fish and drain well. Marinate for 5 minutes
2.) Add the shredded ginger on top of fishes.
3.) Ensure water in the wok is boiling then steam the pompret fish for 5 minutes.
4.) Add shredded spring onion & fresh chlili on top.
5.) Pour over the seasoning.
6.) Serve hot.
