Ingredient
Lady Fingers

Method :
1.) Steam lady finger until cooked.

Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
200g Shallots, peeled & sliced
3 tbsp chopped chili
1 tbsp chili padi
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp light soya sauce
5 tbsp calamansi lime juice
50g small ikan bilis/dried prawn
(fried until crispy)

Method :
1.) Combine all ingredients and mix well.
