Steamed Soft Bean Curd


Steamed Soft Bean Curd

Ingredients
1 block of soft bean curd
1 tbsp chopped spring onion
1/2 tsp chopped chili

Seasoning
1 1/2 tbsp garlic oil
(refer recipe posted 4/10/07)
1 1/2 tbsp light soya sauce

Method :
1.) Steam the soft bean curd for 10 minutes.
2.) Put the spring onion & chili on top of soft bean curd.
3.) Pour over the seasoning.
4.) Serve hot.

Remark : This dish is very cheap & healthy.
