Fried Tomyam Meehoon


Fried Tomyam Meehoon

Ingredients
500g mee hoon, soaked and drained
4 tbsp tomyam paste
100g dried prawn
10 crab sticks, cut into pieces
5 onions, shredded
500g chinese cabbage, shredded
5 tomatoes, cut into wedges
some kafir lime leaves, shredded
1 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
100ml water
1 tbsp sugar
cooking oil

Method :
1.) Heat up oil, saute chopped garlic and dried prawns until fragrant.
2.) Add tomatoes, tomyam paste and sugar, stir well.
3.) Add mee hoon and water, stir well.
4.) Add chinese cabbage, onions and crab meats, stir-fry.
5.) Add kafir lime leaves and stir-fry.
6.) Dish up & serve.

Remarks :
1.) If chili is you favourite, then you can add fresh chili or chili padi.
2.) If you like seafood, then you can add fresh prawns and squids too.

May I know where to get the tomyam taste?

Thanks for dropping by my blog. Tomyam paste very easy to get from supermarket or market. You can use Peace Brand "Thai Tomyam" (Sambal Tomyam Segera. This brand not bad.

This Peace Brand Tomyam is packed in bottle.The smaller size is 227g and it just enough to cook 2 packets of mee hoon.
