Pak Kor Foo Chuk Yee Mai
Ingredients
100g pearl barley
200g pak kor
3 liters water
3 pieces dried beancurd sheet
150g sugar
Method :
1.) Soak the dried beancurd sheets until soft.
2.) Pour the water into the sauce pot, add pearl barley and pak kor.
3.) Bring to boil for 20 minutes.
4.) Add in the beancurd sheets and continue simmer until beancurd sheets dissolve.
5.) Serve this dessert either hot or cold.
