Steamed Salted Chicken


Steamed Salted Chicken

Ingredients
1/2 Chicken
1 tbsp Salt
Some shredded spring onion, for decoration

Methods :
1.) Seasoning the chicken with salt for minimum half hour.
2.) Make sure the water in the wok is boiling.
3.) Then steam the chicken at medium heat for 20 minutes.
4.) Remove from wok and cut the chicken into pieces.
5.) Put some shredded spring onion on top and serve.

Tips : This Steamed Salted Chicken can serve with the thai chilies sauce.

Trixie, this dish is very simple to prepare. Only thing u must need to control the stove heat, then u can get the tasty chicken meat.
