Steamed Chicken with Herbal

Ingredients
1/2 chicken
10 red dates chopped
4 slices tong kwai chopped
2 tbsp kei chee chopped
1 1/2 tsp salt.

Method :
1.) Seasoning chicken with salt about half hour.
2.) Pre-mix chopped red dates, tong kwai & kei chee.
3.) Apply the herbal on the whole half chicken.
4.) Ensure the water in the wok is boiling and ready to
steam the chicken with medium heat for 20 minutes.
5.) Remove from wok, take chicken out from the steaming plate
and cut into pieces.
6.) Arrange chicken to the plate and pour the herbal gravy
on the chicken and serve.


Tips : Steam 1 whole chicken is more delicious than half chicken.
