Steamed Pork Belly With Salted Fish

Ingredients
300g Pork Belly, cut into pieces
115g salted fish, soaked
some shredded ginger
some shredded fresh chili
some chopped spring onion

Marinade
1/2 tsp dark soya sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/4 tbsp corn flour

Method :
1.) Mix pork belly with marinade and marinate for 20 minutes.
2.) Arrange the pork belly in the steaming plate.
3.) Continue with the salted fish, shredded fresh chili and shredded ginger on top.
4.) Steam for 20 minutes.
5.) Put spring onion and serve.
