Mint Leaves Soup


Mint Leaves Soup

Ingredients
600g Mint Leaves, picked
50g ikan bilis or dried prawn
50g pork, sliced
5 fish balls
2 eggs
900ml water
1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
dash of salt
cooking oil

Marinade
1/2 tsp corn flour
1 tsp light soya sauce

Method :
1.) Mix pork with marinade and marinate for 10 minutes.
2.) Heat up oil, saute chopped garlic and ikan bilis until fragrant.
3.) Add in eggs and stir-fry until eggs cooked.
4.) Add in water.
5.) Water boiled, add pork and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
6.) Add fish balls, mint leaves and dash of salt.
7.) When fish balls cooked, dish up & serve.

I never tasted mint leaves soup with pork.. Sure it going to give me a fresh taste.. so when you are making this soup again?
