Fried Spinach (Bayam)


Fried Spinach (Bayam)

Ingredients
Spinach (Bayam)
Chopped Garlic
Cooking Oil
Dash of salt

Method :
1.) Heat up oil, saute garlic until fragrant.
2.) Add in Spinach and close the wok cover about 3 minutes.
3.) Remove wok cover and stir well.
4.) Spinach about cooked, add in a dash of salt and stir well.
5.) Dish up & serve.
