Fried Lady Finger With Belachan

Ingredients
300g lady fingers,cut into pieces
1 tbsp dried prawn, soaked & drained
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 chili, shredded
1/2 tbsp toasted belachan powder
200ml water
cooking oil

Method :
1.) Heat up oil, saute chopped garlic and dried prawns until fragrant.
2.) Add in belachan powder and stir well.
3.) Add in lady finger & shredded chilies, stir well.
4.) Add in water, stir-fry until lady finger cooked.
5.) Dish up and serve.
