Acar Fish


Acar Fish

Ingredients
600g fishes
5 pips garlic, sliced
5cm fresh turmeric, sliced
5cm ginger, sliced
1 red chili, shredded

Seasoning
150ml white rice vinegar
75ml water
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/4 salt

Marinade
1 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp salt

Method :
1.) Mix fish with marinade and marinate for 15 minutes. Heat up oil and deep fry until golden brown. Dish and drain.
2.) Leave 1 tbsp oil in wok and saute garlic, ginger & fresh turmeric until fragrant.
3.) Add seasoning and cook until boiling.
4.) Add fried fishes and boil about 3 minutes.
5.) Add shredded chilies.
5.) Dish up & serve.

huh? u know how 2 cook this fish huh? really difficult 2 cook 1 wor as my mum said.... u huh..such a REAL AUNTY la...haa....

Base from my recipe, it was not difficult to cook this dish. My neighbour said the taste are very good.
